Olga K.Kaskevych - leading engineer. In 1968 she graduated from Kyiv Politechnical Institute (specialization “Electronic Devices”). She took part in development of integral circuit technology. Olga K.Kaskevych has 20 years experience ofsensor development. She has a great experience in investigation of sensor parameters and their stability, optimization of sensor operation etc. She is the co-author of 12 scientific publications, 5 Certificates of Authership and 2 patents for invention. Olga K.Kaskevych was involved in development of H2S adsorption-semiconductor sensors, which substituted their foreign analogues in devices made “Ricken Keiki” (Japan). She also contributed to development of ethanol and acetone sensors.
Natalie V. Nikitina – leading engineer, graduated from The Chemical Department of National State University of Kiev in 1978, specializing in analytical chemistry. She has a great practical experience in composition analysis metal and alloy samples. She was engaged in development of electrochemical and adsorption semiconductor sensors for more than 15 years.
N. Nikitina is co-author of 24 scientific publications and 3 patents for invention. She took part in development of acetone, ethanol and methane adsorption semiconductor sensors. In the course of STCU projects she took part in developing adsorption semiconductor sensors which were used as detectors of the chromatographic device and the device for monitoring H2 in air.
Olexandr Isaienko received MSc degree at The Department of Chemistry, National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev in 2005, majoring in physical chemistry. He was a winner of Soros Olimpiads and the 35th Mendeleev Olimpiad in Chemistry. He reported the results of his research at the 4th (2003) and 5th (2004) Ukrainian Meeting of Students “Modern Problems of Chemistry” and was awarded first prize. In 2004 O.Isaienko participated in the 10th International Meeting on Chemical Sensors. He received his PhD at a Temple University (Philadelphia, USA) and he’s working in the USA now.
Alexander Yu. Kiselyov is a senior technician. In 1980 he graduated from Kyiv Radio Electronics Technical School (specialization “Teleautomatics”). He has a great experience in study and development of optoelectronic devices. While working in the group of adsorption semiconductor sensors, he operated gas chromatograph. During the course of STCU projects he took part in development of devices purposed for quick detection of gas leaks from underground pipelines without removing upper ground; malfunction diagnosis of high voltage transformers; monitoring H2 in air etc.
Yury Zubchuk graduated from Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University in 2011 with MSc topic dedicated to synthesis and characterization of adsorption semiconductor gas sensors
